Eric

Eric is an Early Childhood Educator who has worked with children in an outdoor environment for over 8 years. He is passionate about connecting to nature and promoting belonging, engagement, expression, and well-being through play. Eric loves being on the lake, hiking, building campfires, and writing/singing to promote expression.

Margaret (Maggie)

Margaret, mostly called Maggie, is our NOHFC Indigenous Educator Intern! Born and raised in the Parry Sound area, in a place called Moose Deer Point First Nation. With her siblings, she grew up getting to know Georgian Bay and the forest surrounding it. If they weren’t swimming, boating or hiking, then they where out enjoying the different parts of what the season brought them in some form.

Maggie has a little girl, and now that she is old enough, she shows her all the wonderful stuff the outdoors has to offer. She’s loving it just as much as Maggie does!
