Payment Timeline

Please note the timeline for payment:

All payments are due within 14 days. A 1.5% interest rate will be applied to any overdue balance.

If you have an outstanding invoice that has not been paid, you cannot register a family member for a new program. Please pay all outstanding balances to ensure opportunity for full enrollment. Thank you.

Forest Friends After School Program

The cost of After School Care is $18/day and you will be invoiced at the start of every month for the upcoming month (invoiced on Sept 1 for the month of Sept). Payment is due within 14 days. If your child is unable to attend a day due to other commitments, sickness or bus cancellations; the forest school will bill for absenteeism.

When buses are cancelled, you are responsible for getting your child to the Forest School. PSFS remains OPEN on bus cancellation days, and you will be charged the full amount, even if your child does not attend.

The Forest School will allow permanent day changes or program cancellation with a 2 week notice. You are responsible for payment for the two weeks leading up to your child's change/departure, as a replacement will need to be found.

The day changes must be for the same amount of days that your child is currently enrolled for. The request to switch days may be denied by the Forest School if the program is already operating at capacity for the requested days.
